The insight

To discover how Alokozay could credibly differentiate itself in such a cluttered category, we conducted in-depth research, multiple trips down supermarket aisles, immersive sessions with the leadership team and an analysis of the target audience.

It was clear that most brands in this category were extremely functional in their positioning and messaging, making it a very price-driven purchase. And while Alokozay was determined to make products that are accessible for everyone, it was about so much more than that. It was about gathering, about sharing moments and creating memories, about friends, family and community. It was about all of this, over a cup of Alokozay’s tea to sip on as you catch up, a refreshing cola on a hot summer day or a napkin to wipe the crumbs after devouring the cakes! Most of all, it was about joy.

The approach

Our essence of celebrating these “burst of joy” drove the next phase of revitalizing the logo, visual language and all the brand assets, including the full packaging range. The new look is vibrant, contemporary, energetic and cleaner.

Still the same great quality, still accessible for everyone, just much more fun and joyful, like the gathering its products find themselves in.
