The approach
We started with understanding the property’s offering and differentiators and defining the key messages, look and feel and media channels to best communicate the offering. We worked on all aspects of the brand from social media management to tactical leasing campaigns to retail tenant awareness content to direct marketing.
During our two years, the engagement on the social media pages doubled, along with existing commercial tenant satisfaction, and more importantly the leads for commercial leasing increased. We also designed and developed the website to highlight the key benefits of leasing an office space at Central Park Towers and created a seamless lead capture form and process for prospective tenants.
Through consistent efforts across several media channels, the brand recall also increased which was highlighted with the increase in no. of direct traffic to the website.
